PURCHASE POLICY

OVERVIEW

Marco’s Grounds LLC offers products for purchase through the Service (“One-Time” or “One-Off”) or products to purchase on an agreed-upon recurring basis through the Service (“Subscriptions”).
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities or Products purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided when the order was made.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

WHO’S WHO

Throughout these Terms, “you” applies to both individuals and entities that access or use our Products and Services. If you are an individual using our Products on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to the Agreement and that by using our Product(s), you are accepting the Agreement on behalf of that entity.

Your Agreement is with Marco’s Grounds LLC.

We refer to Marco’s Grounds LLC registered under Laws and Regulations of the Swiss Confederation and Marco’s Grounds International Ltd. registered under Laws and Regulations of the Republic of Ireland as “Marco’s Grounds” or “we” or the “Company” throughout these Terms. We refer to the Marco’s Grounds® as the “Brand” throughout these Terms.

AGE

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any Products from Marco’s Grounds LLC.

PRICING

Prices for Products are subject to change without notice. Prices for Subscriptions are subject to change without notice. However, this does not retroactively affect current Subscriptions unless the difference is in favor of the customer.

All prices for Products are in US dollars (currency converter for convenience only) and are exclusive of any applicable local, state, or federal taxes. Shipping and handling fees, if any, will be reviewable prior to submitting your order.

PAYMENT

All payments through the Service are processed using a third-party processor, e.g., Stripe or PayPal. You acknowledge that Marco’s Grounds LLC is not liable for any credit card breaches or debit card security or privacy by such a third-party processor. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other method of payment.

SHIPPING

Marco’s Grounds LLC will ship all Products or Subscriptions purchased through the Service to the address specified in the order form’s shipping address section.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Email Confirmation. You will then receive a follow-up email with the tracking number once the order ships so that you can track its whereabouts as the expected delivery date approaches. Orders typically process through the fulfillment centers and ship within 24 hours on business days.

The estimated time of arrival depends on which shipping option you select during checkout.

Shipments will be made via standard ground service unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. The time from order to delivery will vary depending on location.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Marco’s Grounds LLC stands behind its products. If you are dissatisfied with one of our Products, Marco’s Grounds LLC will refund the amount paid minus shipping for your first order, limited to one item per order, if you followed suggested use and didn’t experience benefits.

To request a refund or replacement, contact us here with your name, order confirmation number, and reason for the request within 30 days after ordering your product. We may require proof of purchase if we can’t verify your order. If needed, we will adjust this policy as required by the laws of the state or laws of the country in which you live.

If the product you received expires within two months, was damaged in transit, or is otherwise defective, we will replace it with a similar version of the product at no cost to you.

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT THAT I HAVE ALREADY OPENED?

Marco’s Grounds does not have the ability to accept returned Products. If you are unsatisfied with the product, please see the above policies regarding product refunds. Must be within 30 days of purchase.

WHAT IF I PURCHASE A BULK ORDER?

We encourage all of our customers to try our Products first before purchasing them in bulk. We are happy to provide additional cost savings to our loyal customers who enjoy our Products. Due to our 30-day refund policy, any bulk orders of 3, 6, or 12-month Products will only be eligible for a refund up to 1 month supply of that specific Product.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Within minutes of placing your order, someone from the Marco’s Grounds fulfilment team may be picking and packing your order. In order to change or cancel your order, you must do so before it ships.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT THE PACKAGE DID NOT ARRIVE?

Marco’s Grounds is not responsible for the delivery of the package once the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Asendia, or DPD) takes possession of the item. You will need to file a claim with the carrier by providing your tracking number.

WHAT IF I TYPED THE WRONG ADDRESS AND/OR PURCHASED THE WRONG PRODUCTS?

Marco’s Grounds is not responsible for packages with incorrect address entry or incorrect Products ordered. Marco’s Grounds does not cover reorder or re-shipping costs for incorrect address entry on orders or incorrect Products purchased.

WHAT IF MY DR. ADVISES AGAINST ME USING MARCO’S GROUNDS PRODUCTS?

You are responsible for discussing any supplement use with your Dr. prior to placing an order with us. Marco’s Grounds will not refund for supplements that a Dr. advises against using after the Product has already been purchased.

WHAT IF I’M ALLERGIC TO AN INGREDIENT IN ONE OF MARCO’S GROUNDS PRODUCTS?

Marco’s Grounds Money-back Guarantee is there to cover customers in the unlikely event that they don’t benefit from using our Products. You are responsible for assessing if you are allergic to any ingredient in our Products. Marco’s Grounds will not issue refunds for supplements that you are allergic to after the Product has already been purchased.
