Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with your tracking number and carrier. The notification will come a couple of hours after the actual shipping has been processed since it takes a couple of hours for the tracking numbers to be published.

Order processing time does not count towards shipping time.

USA, Canada, Mexico and Rest of North America

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Europe

Europe shipping occurs from our European warehouses.

Rest of the World

For all other regions, we offer international shipping with slightly longer transit times and slightly increased cost.

We recommend to our customers outside Europe or North America to select Express Shipping for reasonable shipping times.

Rest of the World shipping occurs from the warehouse closest to your shipping location.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Marco’s Grounds LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the delivery window stated above for your region, please contact us through our customer care with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to PO Boxes

International orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes
