Refund policy

Overview


Marco’s Grounds LLC offers products for purchase through the Service (“One-Time” or “One-Off”) or products to purchase on an agreed-upon recurring basis through the Service (“Subscriptions”).

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities of products purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided when the order was made.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Who's Who


Throughout these Terms, “you” applies to both individuals and entities that access or use our products and services. If you are an individual using our products on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to the Agreement and that by using our products, you are accepting the Agreement on behalf of that entity.

Your Agreement is with Marco’s Grounds LLC.

We refer to Marco’s Grounds LLC registered under Laws and Regulations of the United States of America as “Marco’s Grounds” or “we” or the “Company” throughout these Terms. We refer to the Marco’s Grounds® as the “Brand” throughout these Terms.

Age

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any products from Marco’s Grounds LLC.

General Provisions


Marco’s Grounds LLC stands behind its products. If you are dissatisfied with one of our products, Marco’s Grounds LLC will refund the amount paid minus shipping for your first order, limited to one item per order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a RMA number that you'll add to your shipping label as shown above. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returning an item without a RMA number voids the refund guarantee.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items, sale items or gift cards.

Returning Opened Products


Marco’s Grounds does not have the ability to accept returned products. If you are unsatisfied with the product, please see the above policies regarding product refunds.

Returning Bulk Orders


We encourage all of our customers to try our products first before purchasing them in bulk. We are happy to provide additional cost savings to our loyal customers who enjoy our products. Due to our 30-day refund policy, any bulk orders of 3, 6, or 12-month products will only be eligible for a refund up to 1 month supply of that specific product and only for the first order of that specific product per household.

Canceling Orders


Within minutes of placing your order, someone from the Marco’s Grounds automated fulfillment team may be picking and packing your order. In order to change or cancel your order, you must do so before it ships.

Refunding Packages That Have Been Flagged as “Delivered” by the Carrier

Marco’s Grounds is not responsible for the delivery of the package once the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Asendia, or DPD) takes possession of the item. You will need to file a claim with the carrier by providing your tracking number. In some cases, Marco's Grounds my reship your order for free to you. This is at the sole discretion of Marco's Grounds.

Refunding Due to Wrong Address, Custom Duties or Failure to Accept the Package

Marco’s Grounds is not responsible for packages with incorrect address entry or incorrect products ordered. Marco’s Grounds does not cover reorder or re-shipping costs for incorrect address entry on orders or incorrect products purchased.

For international orders Marco's Grounds does hold responsibility for customs clearances or duties.

Refusing to accept a package voids the refund guarantee.

Refunding After Reorders

Reordering the same product a person has ordered before voids the Moneyback Guarantee for that product. Reordering product is seen as an implicit agreement on the quality of the product and therefore Marco's Grounds cannot accept claims under the Moneyback Guarantee for that specific product. If your product arrives damaged, Marco's Grounds will still exchange it at no cost to you.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
